Each Matroskya set comes with four differently-sized pouches, each nested inside the other. Each pouch has two zippered compartments; a vertical in front and a horizontal in the rear.

The pouches are easily mounted by slotting the top 2 cm rectangular buckle (a hanger) into any PALS webbing or a D-ring of the appropriate size to hold it in place.

The largest two pouches have two hangers and the smallest two have only one each. These pouches are extremely versatile and can be used to hold anything from IFAKs, toiletries to a change of clothing.
